With over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Giuseppe has graced the kitchens of some of the world's most prestigious restaurants. His culinary journey, marked by passion and dedication, has seen him train at Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, Peru, and hone his skills at the Culinary Institute of Caracas, Venezuela. His mark can be found in renowned restaurants in Barcelona, such as the No Tan Negro and the Velódromo. He also had the honor of interning at the Michelin-starred Moo Restaurant.
